TASHEEL / MOHRE SERVICES
EQC processes all MOHRE labour services, including work permits, labour contracts, quota requests, labour file updates, company establishment services, WPS, labour insurance, and general MOHRE transactions.
You usually need:
• Valid trade license
• Establishment card
• Employee passport copy
• Employee photo
• Education certificate (if required)
Additional requirements may apply depending on profession and nationality.
The Ministry has replaced e-signature cards.
All approvals must now be done through the MOHRE App > Digital Authorizations.
Authorized signatories must approve each transaction inside the app before it is processed.
Typing is same-day.
MOHRE approval usually takes a few working days depending on the company and employee profile.
Yes — transfers are allowed if your current permit is cancelled or transferred properly, and if MOHRE conditions are met.
Yes. We assist with data modification requests such as name correction, passport number changes, profession updates, and other MOHRE modifications.

EMIRATES ID SERVICES
We handle new Emirates ID applications, renewals, replacements, and corrections (name, DOB, passport number, etc.).
Yes. Biometrics and Emirates ID issuance are required for residency visas and renewals.
Biometrics must be done at an ICP-approved Emirates ID center. We will guide you to the nearest one.

Yes — we process ICP data modification for name corrections, date changes, passport updates, and more.
